# PARI

### **Introduction**

### We are developing a project -  PARI, an alternative to traditional betting. 

Inspired by the French origin and meaning of the word 'pari', our platform emphasises the essence of real betting - where two parties argue about the outcome, as opposed to the prevailing culture in today's betting shops, which can lead to compulsive gambling behaviour.

PARI will be a platform where users will be able to argue on the very topic of different sporting events. All transactions will be secured by smart contracts on the TON network, ensuring fair play.

During the beta testing phase, we plan to offer six sports and additional activities for which users will receive their first PARI coins.
